Sgt Pepper taught the band to play

Sgt Pepper's Only Dartboard Band are brilliant! We went to see them at the Merlin Theatre in Frome, which is where it all started 20 years ago. This was the second date on their farewell tour: we intend going to their final performance on New Year's Eve.

As a friend said: "Lennon with correct stance, Harrison better than original, Starr as real as could be, McCartney head wobble." Fab!

October is going to be a manic month - as well as the usual work stuff, there's also my sister's MBE presentation and a mini-break in Cornwall. I don't have a single free day until next month! I intend to carry on blipping (I'm very close to 1500 consecutive entries) but comments will be more or less non-existent for the foreseeable future.
