This morning we woke up to grey skies and pouring rain so after breakfast (oh, the joy of being in a hotel) we made our way to Bickleigh Mill - a great shop just outside of Tiverton inside an old mill, with all the mill machinery still in place behind glass. After our coffee there the sun came out and the rest of the day was glorious. The photo was taken just near there on a little walk around some fishing ponds.
We then went to Knightshayes, a beautiful National Trust property again near Tiverton and had a stroll around the gardens in the sunshine. Lunch there then a walk along the canal side before we drove home. Home by about 8.30 which was great - a really good journey.
