Optimo

After a reasonable Friday at work we had Big Maddy and Ewen out to visit for a wee bit, it was great to get a chance to catch up. From there it was onto Glasgow for Optimo. Jonny and Lyn were joining us along with their pals Dan and Carole. NAt was also there with her pal Liz, So it was good to have a good number heading along over and above the usual Glasgow crew. I also bumped into Jarred who we figured out I wouldn't have seen since around 1995 or 96.

We got there for about quarter past eleven so I had time for a quick blip of Jonnie on the decks. In fact he was playing when we arrived and the first two songs when I walked in were the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band folowed by Butch Willis which boded very well for the rest of the evening.
