I was about to blip a Cape Plumbago flower when I spied this little drama going on.

The spider and the fly measure in total no more than 8mm between them so I wasn't able to achieve more detail.

I'm feeling very pleased with myself as I've done fast walking and work outs on alternate days and so far I haven't any pain in my hip! It is an effort for me 'cos I'm a born tired sort of person.
I'm aiming to get fit enough to be able to go for long walks in our local mountains during the winter. I need a goal to keep me going.
