Best foot forward

The spring-like weather today inspired me to spring clean the shed.

Igor's radiator hammock and litter tray were still there where I'd left them, cleaned but unused, so I decided to take them down to the second-hand shop.

On this, world animal day, it seemed appropriate.

I like to imagine another cat, somewhere, languishing on the hammock this coming winter.

On the way back, I spotted a marvelous pair of cart horses pulling a cart of St. Omer beer, and whilst taking photos of the horses I was asked if I'd like to try a beer. Of course (redux).

So I sat on the water's edge in the glorious sunshine, pondering, and sipping a glass of very good (and very strong; 8%) beer.
