A smoothie a day..
keeps all the bloody doctors away!
Well I know, Im famous for some severe chocaddiction, but at times when one gets older you also need to become wiser..otherwise you crack under the gutty pressure or burst into pieces which is not a nice thing that could maybe happen..
This special über healthy smoothie contains:
23 grapes some of which are green..
2 kiwis
1 banana
27 blueberries
wee piece of ginger..
and some cranberry juice.
Im terrible in the kitchen, but this smoothie isnt bad at all!
