Marshmallow

Teddy's match was called off this morning so while poor Charlie had to stand for over an hour in a different climate zone, shivering in goal waiting in vain for the chance to shine, we set to and made his favourite thing in the world.

I'm not allowed to buy them again...

They both deserve a treat today. After Charlie's match we cycled through driving rain to Sainsbury's where each boy did separate one hour shifts packing bags to fund raise for their teams and then cycled through the rain back home again. I might even make them some hot chocolate before bed tonight. With marshmallows.

(Yesterday did get better. In a wonderfully unexpected way. I didn't even have to wait for tomorrow. Lucky, lucky me.)
