Rose hip drip

I woke up with what is developing into a really bad cold. So my picture of the day was taken on the walk to the chemists.

When I was a child we were given rose hip syrup as a cold remedy. The hips are supposed to be packed with vitamin C. I'm pretty sure not from this type of rose though.
