Lessons in Night Photography...

Lesson #1: always take a tripod or other type of camera support when doing night photography. Even when using a compact point and shoot.

Lesson #2: if you do forget a tripod there are lots of nice filters in Photoshop that help you hide the inevitable camera shake with some artistic effects!

Lesson #3: pretend that you didn't forget the tripod and that it was all meticulously planned that way after all!
