Brrrr

It's been perishingly cold overnight,snow well down on the Maungatua Ranges as you can see,and I was off to a Garden Club Kindred Day at Outram . . .pretty much at the base of said Ranges! Hats off to Outram Garden Club members for a very good day. Excellent speakers(Otago Rescue Helicopter Trust and Robbie Dick,a worm farmer) and four beautiful local gardens, which were viewed in far from perfect weather conditions ,but gardeners are a hardy bunch and they were much enjoyed despite the wind,rain etc. Looking forward to the next Kindred gathering in Palmerston already.
