Posing

Can't believe the weather we have had today, sunny at times, then wind and squalls and hail, and even a little bit of snow on Tarawera. Is this Spring???

Anyway had photos to shoot for a family today, so shifted it to the Government Gardens where there were wide verandahs to shelter under and take photos. We had a good break in the weather and managed to get photos of the extended family, in several locations. While we were underway with an adult group shot, had a bit of a disaster when the four year old girl thought that the weed growing in the pond was grass...walked on it and fell in. The poor wee thing, not only a huge surprise but it was so so cold. So she was bundled up in coats and taken back to where they were staying to warm up.

Although we couldn't get all the combination of shots we wanted, still had a lot of fun with the remaining group, just loved this guy, he was full of life and really enjoyed playing up for the camera.
