O What a night!!

Met up with a friend who we have not seen for more than 15 years.

I was out early to play golf, Roy had a hospital appointment. So today we went our separate ways. He then met up with our friends who have their boat moored in Torreveija, except this time it was not Derek and Jackie, but Derek and 3 friends. One in particular is an old friend from our canoeing days. Pat did not realise that we lived in Torreveija, so when Roy stepped onto the boat, Pat was 'gob smacked' So, tonight we have all been to Rodero in Guardmar for steamed mussels a fantastic paella, and mucho vino, an excellent night.

And our golf team thrashed the opposition today, so, all in all, an ecxcellent day and night.
