Bear Alarm
40 bears have been sighted and captured recently in the Reno area and then set free out in the wild. I learned this from the bird photographer that I met today on my walk with Maggie, as he showed me the fresh bear 'turd', that you see here behind Maggie's head. The turd had the same size as her head, but she was absolutely not interested in it. I would have loved to post a picture while she was sniffing it out. That would have shown you that the bear had eaten lots of apples and even mushrooms, that are growing abundantly on some lawns and some turn blue, after being cut or eaten...
It is such a joy to see how happy Maggie is on our walks, but also during a quick visit today to her "foster parents". She took her teddy bear and walked into their house immediately, showing all signs of great pleasure to see them again. What a good feeling.
I do understand now, why my little girl had to go home quickly, when we arrived from Europe: It was foster mammy's birthday and lots of celebration had been planned for and by her. I just did not know :-(
Well, next time better.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback on my musings about 'time'.
