Border incident

the gov tends to go off piste a bit these days.
Sudden decision "the front border looks a mess."
Then it's tools out of the shed, feverish activity ripping out old, scraggly stuff and an expensive trip to the nursery for new, not scraggly stuff.
Some forgotten stuff from other parts of the garden were involved in the process as well.
Looks nice though.
