Back to the grindstone

Autumn has arrived ! First proper rain for weeks,its tipping down tonight.
Spent most of the day fitting some new(to me) feed barriers in the cattle shed to replace broken ones. Only problem is none of the bolt holes match,and longer bolts needed.Had to re drill them,with lots of blunt drill bits ! Much swearing later got most done.
The cattle we housed this week will need their backs clipped to stop them sweating and catching pneumonia,and as usual the clipper blades all needed a sharpen on the grinder - sparks were made to fly !
