Wasted minutes!

This is how I add excitement to my life. Can I blip these temporary traffic lights before they change? Then can I overtake this motorbike before the road gets too bendy?

We have two sets of lights between our house and St Neots as they lay new water pipes through out the area over the next 3 months. Oh joy!
