Pigeon Racing

I got the balloon two summers ago when I visited Blectchley Park. In addition to the encryption exhibits they had one on the importance of pigeon message carriers in WW II. There is still a vibrant pigeon racing community in England, apparently. The ballon came back to my attention today because it fell out of my back pack. I blew it up hoping it might be big enough to form the mould for my Halloween costumes head, but I don't think so.
