I've done this length of cycle commute this week. I'm not showing the distance as it's shameful compared to the pre achilles days. But it's great for the current days. 3 commutes. All hurts the knee but it will until they try and take the pin out. Much nicer than the bus though so worth the pain. Especially when the sun shines and the birds sing.
Plus 5 mins on the physio bike.
