Salmon for dinner!!

I like to have fish at least once a week, not just because I like it but also because it is good for you? It's been a busy day, fellowship this afternoon which always mean I have to do a taxi job. I don't mind doing it tho' they are two lovely ladies and I'll be in the same " boat " soon????
