More bread

So last night we made the bread (in the bread maker) and then put it in the fridge ready for 'shaping' this morning. The yeast still went crazy and the mixture was overflowing the container at 7.00am this morning.

Sam got up early for the second morning in a row and plaited and shaped the dough and we all enjoyed fresh bread again this morning.

I could get used to this!
