Litter

This Saturday is the Real 3 Peaks Challenge - Cleanse & Conserve event. Basically a coordinated litter collection from the UK's three highest peaks - led by outdoor professionals based on the (some would say simple) ethos of giving something back.
I'm the organiser for Scafell Pike - and its a complicated job. Unlike the other two hills there are numerous popular ways up my hill - and I've got to create a coordinated approach with Team Leaders and volunteers, hopefully we'll all meet on the summit for a brew and a natter.
This year, for reasons I've not yet been able to fathom, volunteer numbers are down - I'm slightly concerned that the awful forecast for Saturday will also see a lower turnout on the day - but we'll still get a good deed done.

Today's Blip is Pushka getting some last minute training in - looks like she hates litter as much as us.
