I think we have one of the best views in Scourie. Especially when the sun is shining on the hills.. Foinaven and Arkle here..

Re-erected my outdoor staging after I took it down to point up the shed wall. Then tidied the trays of plants up, re-potting some as I went.

Took Tanni for a run down to the dog washing machine after she rolled in some horse sh-1-t.. She had a good run, and is nearly asleep now..

A dieting day today, limited calories, means soup (carrot and coriander - home grown and homemade) and a slice of bread (also homemade). Second course of tomatoes and mushrooms on a plate in the oven with a limited amount of cambozola cheese. It's filling and the only calories are in the cheese and bread..
