Autumn Is Here

Last week I walked out my front door and I could tell that something had changed, something was different. The air had a different feel, crisper. Autumn was here. I love fall. It’s by far my favorite season. Although I love the other three as well, there’s just something special about fall. Actually there’s a lot of reasons that it’s my favorite, so I decided for today’s picture, I’m going to make a list of reasons that I love autumn, so here goes:
21 Reasons That Autumn Is My Favorite Season
1. It just smells so good!
2. Cool, crisp nights that are perfect for sweatshirts.
3. Friday night football games.
4. Sunday football games at a friend’s house.
5. The leaves changing color.
6. The sound of fallen leaves crunching beneath my feet.
7. The smell of the forest.
8. It’s perfect weather for hot tea.
9. I can wear boots.
10. I can wear scarves.
11. The nights get shorter, but it doesn’t get dark at 5 o’clock yet.
12. Corn Mazes.
13. Hay rides.
14. Bonfires.
15. The mountains look like Fruity Pebbles when all of the leaves have changed.
16. It’s not too hot or too cold to go hiking.
17. Bike rides just seem better when it’s fall.
18. Camping has such a great feel with the colorful leaves falling down around you while you try to snuggle up closer to the fire to keep warm.
19. Craft fairs.
20. Fall fest.
21. Lots of other various fairs and festivals that take place during the autumn months.
