Roadworks

I had a lovely day today in St Albans with Mrs S and Mr M.
But did I get a photo of pretty St Albans, Mrs S's scrummy gingerbread latte with whipped cream on the top*, Mr M playing musical statues in the street or the gorgeous roses that Mrs S bought?
I did not!
I got a photo of the roadworks that started in Buckingham almost a year ago!
When they started last December the sign said that they'd go on for 28 weeks. A couple of months ago the sign changed overnight to 50 weeks. Annoying!
I had such a lovely day - it's always good to spend time with Mrs S and Mr M.
Mr M is such a sweetie - he gives Miss L a run for her money in cuteness and mischievousness!!!

*edit: apparently it was a spiced pumpkin latte!!
