One that got away

Actually,one of 12 that we put back! Not the clearest photo I've taken,but that was my day,or part of it. I spent a few hours with the boss standing on the banks of the Taieri River hoping the whitebait were running. They weren't, or at least not in my direction! The few we did catch were not worth breaking an egg for,so we tipped them back to let them continue their journey,I hope they arrive safely. Question: where is it they're going?!
