What are we doing again?

This is a picture of my dad and I at our favorite vacation spot, Canada. We went every year since I was born to stay for a week of relaxation. We also take our boat, a Grumman Fish and Fun, and do some fishing in the Bay of Quinte. Our favorite fish to catch and eat is walleye (as if you couldn’t tell from our shirts). We also catch bass, pike, perch, catfish, and sheepshead. Here we are with the two biggest walleye of the week. We had gone out to what we call “Hay Bay” in our boat, which is about a 2 mile trip, and started trolling. At some point during our second pass, the tip of my rod bent hard down, and I thought I was caught on the bottom. When I began to reel in some line, the drag on my reel started clicking like crazy, and I knew it couldn’t be the bottom. After we got mine in, we turned around for another pass, when my dad landed his. Of course my mom wanted a picture of her boys with their fish so she said as soon as we got back we had to hold them for her. We got the fish and walked up the dock where she was waiting for us. When we got to the shore, she told us where to stand, which we did. She stepped back to get pictures, but we were too busy looking at our fish to look towards the camera. So here is my dad and I, in our glory, in front of the lake with our boat peeking in from between our shoulders.
