I love homemade cakes, especially my own! I made one yesterday, a victoria sponge as you can see. I had to cut a piece to blip, and then of course, I had to eat it! Rather reminds me of my mum who would always say that she just had to tidy up a cake by cutting a small slice before putting it back in the tin. I should do more home baking really, as cakes never take all that long to make and they are so delicious.
