The mystery strawberry thief

So after the conker nabbing squirrel earlier in the week today's mystery involved our bizarrely still fruiting strawberries.

Pippa noticed one was slightly munched fairly early in the morning. Didn't think much of it as there are a fair number of likely suspects around at the moment!

Later in the day it looked like this and there was no evidence of slug trails or squirrels digging the dirt...

The mystery was fairly quickly solved in a matter of minutes when the all important question was asked: so who has been eating the strawberry?


Me mummy, it was yum came the reply from the two legged cheeky male thief!!!

Still amazes me he ate it on the plant and left it hanging!!!
