Ploughing match

Last day in the Peak District saw us at ploughing match. Various methods of ploughing were involved from mechanised hand ploughs & vintage tractors through to the latest, computer controlled, miracle machines. Without any doubt the publics favourite was the horse drawn ploughs. There were crowds watching the horses go through their paces and scarcely anyone watching the other sections.
