Been a weird and slightly emotional day at work today; on top of all the admin shortage Stace-on-the-edge-of-a-meltdown madness, I had to say goodbye to 2 lovely colleagues. Luckily I only saw one of them face-to-face, cos I don't think I could've handled it otherwise. Twas very sad, and I shall miss them both. On top of that I participated in a psychology group in clinic today, which caused some bizarre and stupid thoughts to leap into my brain. Currently unwinding with a cuppa and what I hope will be a good book!
