That time again.

You get one of these in the post every couple of years in Scotland once you reach 50. It's a screening kit for bowel cancer. Not the most pleasant job in the world but worthwhile especially as Scotland is top of the pops for bowel cancer in the world. Probably something to do with the weather or food.
Having said all this I've been subconsciously forgetting to get round to my poo collection for the last 3 weeks but will get round to it soon. I hope.
