Good bye!

The DVLA tax disc is no more, as from today its an electronic record. I remember my dad used to give me his old expired tax disc to put on my toy car in the 1950s.

No more worrying cos its a few days out and "in the post"
No more frantic queuing at post offices at the end of the month with MOT and insurance forms.
I shall miss their colourful, hologram encrusted, edge perforated form.

There's a whole tax disc holder manufacturing industry thats going to have to find a new market.
