Hello

Another gorgeous morning...and a meeting at the Festival offices which give a great view north. I hadn't realised we still had any Hello flags flying (a Peter Liversedge commission from 2013 Art Festival) but I couldn't resist this when I saw it.
A couple of really good meetings about our new venture, and another with a very engaging author for the book, and continuing to make progress on the HR stuff (slow and steady but we'll get there) so all good.
But the next two days are going to be a frantic whirl...and very nervous about some bits...
