Difficult day, supposed to exchange today (if not yesterday) but our buyer's buyer's solicitor needs to get a copy of the buyer's buyer mortgage offer before they will let the chain exchange.
The buyer's solicitor will even accept a faxed copy.
What the %*^! ?

Who the hell uses faxes these days?
These spivvy London solicitors need to drag themselves into the 2oth Century, never mind the 21st.
