Well we've an offer in on a place... It's being considered by the vendor !

The bride has come up with a place a little further out needing "some modernisation" as a fall back should our offer not be successful

Not sure if I'm looking forward to the some modernisation bit... Likely to need a full strip and rebuild by the sound of it...

Well I'm just of on a reccy mission to have a butchers hook....
