Hummingbird

Took the kids to visit our neighbour at the hospital today. I left no1 son there to hang out and took my and their smaller kids to McDonald's for some lunch and a bit of playtime, then back to the hospital to visit some more before bringing all the children, home to play. While we were there we bumped into the wonderful surgeon who stitched littleman back together the day he arrived at the hospital last year, she was delighted to see him and had a good look at him (free check up yay) LOL

Later the all boys traipsed off to the bottom field to be Bear Grylls for a while, I set my chair up on the back porch with a walkie talkie in case they came across a snake or something, and my binoculars so I could keep a bit of an eye on them...it was really hot even in the shade and they all came back red faced but full of boy stories :0)

I snapped this less than great hummingbird blip from my desk this morning. It wasn't the clearest of the pics I took, but in the clearer ones he was turned around so looks headless, at least in this one we can see his pretty face :0)
