Yellow forest

Last day of September, last day in the field. Why exactly did I decide to use yellow flags to mark the ant nests this year? The forest is gorgeous by the way and everybody is looking for a nice place to spend the winter (saw a couple of deer, a big bird of prey (sorry, species unknown), some ants, some groundhogs, raccoon and a huge turtle!)
