The Poo in the Loo with the View

We walked up to Fern Burn Hut between Wanaka and Arrowtown and are staying the night.

It's a great walk through a mixture of tussocks and beautiful native bush, although there were a few too many steep drop offs for my wife's liking.

We had the hut to ourselves which was awesome. Just as well as our two kids seemed to have mountain madness and never stopped giggling, fighting and generally goofing off.
