We haven't had an expat/English quiz night since Lulu shut back in March (sob...sob...sob) and tonight was the first in a new venue with a rotating (!) quizmaster.

Fun was had.

Prizes were won.

Alcohol was drunk.

And a birthday was eventually celebrated (might even have tomorrow's blip in the bag).

There was no mention of American sport or even porn (and some of us had revised...heavily) as promised threatened, instead there was a round on German grammar, soup, movie quotes, song lyrics and a picture round of famous siblings (...forget Wills & Harry, think Miley & her allegedly famous sister Brandy.
