My childhood home

This is my parents house. In 1988, After my grandma's death, my father renovated the house and we moved in. I was five then. I moved out 2001 when I was 19. After that I resided here at least one month every summer during the next couple of years.

Even after I moved on my own it's been a very important place for me. Not only because my parents (and previously my sisters) live there but also because I've spent so many years of my early life there and I have a lot of memories connected to the house.

About 2,5 years ago my parents bought a building lot located about 4 km from the old house, just outside the village. My father's already built a storage building there and this year my parents will sell the old house and build a new one there. On the other hand it's a bit sad that after they move out I can no longer visit here regularly, but on the other hand I'm excited to see the new house.
