Get on your bikes and ride!

My first hire from the Stirling Next Bike scheme today, I had a gentle jaunt around the Forth with Delphwynd. It was very civilised, we stopped to eat our sandwiches on a bench - leaning forwards because the birds had spectacularly decorated the back of it. Nice to be out in the fresh air enjoying some late September sunshine.

I'm still full of a fuzzy head cold and didn't even make it to yoga tonight. Uh-oh. Hope to be out tomorrow for a last run before the big one.
