Back to work.

Lovely sky as I drove to work without my camera this morning.
Day one of a two day training course completed. Down to earth with a bump!
At least there's lots to look at in the local Leisure Centre where the course is being held ;)
We had to use the 'Spin Room' today - I did suggest that they left the equipment in the room , and we could get fit while learning. I might not have survived the day!
If only I could remember how to, I could remove the wire from this view!!
