Best Friends!

This is a picture of a picture that I have in my bedroom. This is a picture of three of my best friends and me. This picture was taken at my twelfth birthday party. From this party, when we were in 6th grade, to my birthday during freshman year we have had a tradition of having a sleepover. At these sleepovers we tried to stay up all night. Some of us were successful, but others fell asleep because they were so tired. It became a tradition to pick on the girl who fell asleep first. My friend, Megan was big on staying up all night so she would do her best not to let anyone fall asleep. Each year we added more people to the sleepover group. I ended up having eight girls sleep over. We would always think of the craziest things to do. Our favorite thing was to grab the video camera and record ourselves acting out some of our favorite movies. It is so embarrassing to look back at those videos now. One year we did each other’s makeup, and another year we went bowling. It was always just fun to stay at my house and watch movies and talk. The frame of this picture was in gift bag from this particular party and we painted them with blue and green polka dots. I would really like to have these sleepovers again, but our schedules just became so busy. Maybe we will continue this tradition during our senior year.
