Amber and the hare

Another visit to one of our favourite day trip destinations - Archeon.

In this picture, taken in the prehistoric settlement area, we see Amber holding a hare skin, including head - actually the whole animal, minus the innards!! I love the lack of fear that young children have with this sort of thing. There were a number of animal pelts and Amber and friend, Emily, were fascinated by them. There was no horror or squeamishness - just curiosity.
