River walk

Woke up to a dull morning, I was getting used to the sunshine. Felt rather unmotivated and the boring job of electrofishing data entry all day was not helping.

To alter my mood and lack of motivation I went for a lovely walk by the river enjoying all the changing Autumn colours. That did the trick the afternoon went much quicker, not that the boring task changed any. But it needs done and slow progress is being made - very slow progress.

Got home to some good news from W and she popped round for a good cup of tea, cherry scones and a chat, made my day.
