Promenade closed......

.....for repairs, the lower promenade at the bottom of the street that is......it looks like it might take them a while.....3 workmen, one sitting in a van reading the paper, one hanging over the railings on the phone (this isn't him, it's just a random chap who'd been watching the hive of inactivity down below like I was) and one sitting on a grassy bank sharing a sandwich with the seagulls....maybe they'd had a bit of a domestic........
