From the "borrowed" climber that has scrambled over the fence from next door - only one is out at the moment but there are a number of buds yet to burst. I think they are beautiful and we may sneak snip some cuttings and see if we can grow one on!!!

A beautiful start to the day, then it clouded over but it looks like the sun is coming out again ...... really an Indian Summer (see this link for origins of this saying) this year.

I have another "mission" tonight - lots of driving and flying .... leaving around midnight and will be back on Thursday early afternoon ..... therefore blipping will be very late tomorrow (Wed) and will, hopefully, come from another country :-))

Thank you for all your comments on my MonoMonday shot yesterday - a bit of an EB (emergency blip) and, to answer a few questioners - yes, my cupboard is that tidy and I didn't do anything special for the photo - lol!

Joke of the Day (sort of about passion!!)


Jack asks his best friend, Tom, how he can put the spark back into his marriage.

"Try being more romantic and daring ...." suggests Tom " ....when you go home tonight give her a big box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne then strip her off and make love to her on the living room rug"

Next day Tom asks his friend how it all went.
"Did you surprise your wife like I suggested?"

"Yes...." replies Jack "..... but I'm not sure who was the most surprised - my wife or her bridge group!!"
