My first wildlife shot!

This tiny chickaree squirrel came right up to my foot (my blue pants and black shoes to the left of the frame). I never thought I would get, with my 35mm lens, a wildlife shot of anything living. But this fragile, gentle spirit, born on Buddhist land, was unafraid of a human stranger.
