La Singular

Nice not to have to get up and into school first thing in this morning. Went in late morning to get the reports done for this course and the August course too. Lovely sunny day, which was a sharp contrast to the torrential rain of yesterday, and meant an enjoyable half hour on the school terrace at lunch time. I cleared my desk and cork board and emptied my locker of all my stuff - quite a lot of papers and two bottles of good wine - pressies from trainees. And I think that's my summer IH courses all wrapped up. I couldn't help feel a wee bit sad walking up Calle Trafalgar early evening tonight. It's been a very good two months, working with great people and lovely trainees.

Went straight to Gracia to meet Bb tonight and had dinner in one of our favourite restaurants up here, La Singular - very good food and highly recommended. Blip's a detail in the restaurant.
