The season finally ends

It was a sad sight walking along the prom this morning. All the beach cafes and amusements had to cease trading as of yesterday. Today everything was being packed up and dismantled. It is the signal that summer really is drawing to a close and the beach will look empty and forlorn for the next 6 months! I have decided to embrace the Autumn and the Winter and enjoy them for what they bring and look forward to the Spring when it arrives next year.
